With the exception of toppers and mix-ins, our cookies are scratch made from start to finish. We make all of our cookies in small baatches, using quality ingredients.  Unfortunately, we do not share our recipes or techniques openly. We do NOT offer Gluten Free (GF) products but we DO occasionally have Vegan (V) options on our menu and will be marked as such.

When can I place an order?

Orders open approximately every 2 weeks. The exact day and time a menu will be released will be listed on our Instagram Bio & website as soon as it is known.

Can I change an order once place?

Due to increased demand, orders cannot be altered. Please ensure your order & shipping information is correct before checkout. 

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, no.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes. There is a 20 USD minimum order requirement.

Do you take custom orders?

Unfortunately, not at this time.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship  to all 50 states, Puerto Rico and Canada. 

*When ordering from outside the continental United States, your order may be subject to additional taxes or duties, outside of our control.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated shipping times are given at checkout based on your location. You will be provided a tracking number through email as soon as your order ships.

Please note that weather, national emergencies & other factors may delay your packages in transit and are out of our control.

How much is shipping?

All packages are shipped via USPS priority mail and vary based on your location (in reference to us in Augusta, GA) as well as package size/weight.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders ship 1-3 business days after they are placed. A tracking number will be sent to the email associated with the order.

How are cookies packaged?

Cookies are individually wrapped in heat-sealed cellophane bags and shipped in corrugated boxes with biodegradable crinkle cut paper. All cookies are packaged to minimize movement during travel to ensure they arrive in the best of condition.

What if the package arrives damaged?

All packages are insured up to $100. If your order costs more than this amount, it is the responsibility of the customer to add additional insurance. If your package arrives damaged, a claim must be filed by you with USPS. Claims are outside of our control. 

It is the responsibility of each customer to ensure the shipping address is correct for your order.  If entered incorrectly and your package has not yet shipped, we ask you email us immediately at support@lifesabaatch.com. In that email provide us with your order number & correct shipping address. 

If your package was already shipped, Life’s a Baatch cannot be held responsible and we unfortunately will not reship your returned package or refund your order.

Do you offer Returns or Refunds?

We do not accept returns or refunds. If we made an error with your order, please contact us at support@lifesabaatch.com so we can correct it.

Do you offer Exchanges for lost of damaged items?

We do not replace lost or damaged Items. If your order was lost or damaged during shipping, please contact your chosen carrier to initiate a claim.
